All homeowner lots are maintained by the homeowner/tenant and are a requirement of our governing documents.
To preserve conformity and value; please take time out of your schedule to pull any weeds, replace dead plants, bushes, and or trees on your lots. If an inspection on your lot is conducted and your lot is in violation of our governing documents; the property management company will distribute warning letters and levy fines.
