Neighborhood Watch

Goal:  Our Neighborhood Watch is a group of homeowners that are committed to preventing and deterring crime within our neighborhood.  Through neighbor to neighbor relationships; we observe, keep track and follow up with each other on a monthly basis or when needed.  We alert each other about any suspicious activities observed within the community.  And if the activity is determined to be criminal or simply suspicious we make note of the observation, report it to all block captains and ultimately report it to our Crime Prevention Officer Chris Ausec.   

We are always looking for more block captains to join our group.  If you have a knack for observation and are passionate about keeping our community safe.....join us!!

This is a great opportunity to build strong relationships with our neighbors!

Attached are communications sent out via email to our community regarding criminal activity along with crime prevention tips! CPTED was conducted within our community by our Colorado Springs Neighborhood Watch Officer. Many of the recommendations he suggested we have followed in hopes of detering activity.
